Stelleo Scientific has initiated a joint observational project with the Institut de la Corrosion, expanding the Ovante Time Study Logger (OTSL) network to Europe.
The new installation site is located outdoors on the roof of a research building along the Atlantic coast in Lampaul-Plouarzel, France, providing an independently hosted environment with distinct geographic, atmospheric, and infrastructure conditions.
This deployment marks the first international, institutionally hosted node in the OTSL program. The system will operate continuously under standardized conditions, collecting time-drift data as part of a broader effort to examine relative coherence among distributed time references.
The collaboration strengthens the project’s emphasis on independent operation, reproducibility, and international scientific cooperation. Data collected at the France site will be jointly reviewed with partner researchers and incorporated into ongoing multi-site analysis.
